Our initial remote video consultations and diagnosis notes are strictly advisory:

• No Final Plan without Diagnostics:A final, definitive clinical treatment plan is only established after an in-person clinical exam and diagnostic scans (such as our 3D CBCT imaging) at our clinic in Surat on Day 1.
• Individual Variation:Treatment paths and durations depend entirely on individual case complexity and bone density, which cannot be conclusively certified without physical diagnostics.

To guarantee efficient service and zero wait times during your trip:

• Slot Reservation: Booking confirmation allocates specialized clinic hours, dental chairs, and surgeon schedules exclusively for your visit.
• Cancellations: If you need to cancel or postpone your treatment or travel, please notify your coordinator immediately so we can re-allocate slot priorities.

We believe in complete transparency and trust:

• No Booking Deposits:Booking confirmations secure slots. All treatment costs are paid directly at our clinic in Surat during your visit.
• Written Quotes:The treatment plan and itemized costs are provided in writing before you travel. No hidden fees or surprise upcharges are introduced during procedure stages.

By booking an appointment with Toothmate Dental Clinic, you explicitly agree and consent to the following:

• Before & After Media: We may capture, retain, and share anonymous or identifiable before-and-after photographs of your dental treatment for marketing, clinical case studies, and website gallery presentations.
• Social Media Videos: You consent to the publication of treatment walkthrough clips, short videos, and video testimonial logs on our social media platforms (such as Instagram, YouTube, and Facebook) for educational and promotional purposes.

We provide complimentary local coordination to assist with travel logistics:

• Complimentary Support:Our team coordinates local hotel bookings at our vetted partner stays and schedules airport pickups/drops.
• Third-Party Liability:Hotels, airlines, and transport drivers are third-party service providers. Toothmate Dental Clinic is not liable for service changes, delays, quality defaults, or cancellations by these independent businesses.

Any disputes arising from clinical treatments, remote consultations, or coordinating agreements shall be governed by the laws of India and fall under the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts in Surat, Gujarat, India.
