To provide you with safe, accurate clinical diagnostics and coordinating travel plans, we may collect the following details:

• Identity & Contact Details:Full name, telephone/WhatsApp number, email address, and address details (or country of residency for international / NRI patients).
• Medical & Clinical Records:Panoramic X-rays (OPGs), 3D CBCT scans, dental charts, pre-existing health diagnoses, and medication logs.
• Travel & Stay Details:Planned travel dates, hotel accommodation options, and transfer pick-up details (if coordinating travel from out-of-town or abroad).

We use your details strictly for clinical evaluation and administrative coordination:

• Evaluating case suitability for complex implants, smile makeovers, and cosmetic crowns.
• Conducting remote pre-trip video consultations with Dr. Mayuri Ranpariya.
• Coordinating hotel stay bookings and airport transfers (for out-of-town and international patients).
• Providing regular patient reports and itemized invoices in English for your records or insurance filings.

We enforce clinical confidentiality guidelines matching international standards:

• No Commercial Sharing:We do NOT sell, lease, or distribute your personal or medical data to third-party marketing companies.
• Third-Party Vendors:We only share relevant logistical details with local hotels and transfer drivers to fulfill travel services that you have requested.
• Medical Records Sharing:We only share diagnostic records with lab partners (such as CAD/CAM crown fabricators) when clinically necessary to create custom prostheses.

The Toothmate platform offers an optional Google Calendar integration for our doctors. When a doctor chooses to connect their Google account, the following applies:

• What we access:With the doctor's explicit consent via Google's sign-in screen, we access their Google Calendar to create and manage calendar events, along with their basic profile information (name and email address).
• How we use it:This access is used solely to add booked appointments to the doctor's calendar and to automatically generate Google Meet links for telemedicine consultations. We store only the authorization token and the IDs of events we create.
• What we never do:We do not read, share, sell, or transfer Google user data to third parties, and we never use it for advertising. No Google user data is used to train AI or machine-learning models.
• Revoking access:Doctors can disconnect their Google account at any time from the platform's integration settings, or revoke access via their Google Account permissions page. Upon disconnection, the stored authorization token is deleted.

By confirming an appointment booking with Toothmate Dental Clinic, you consent to the collection and sharing of patient media for marketing and case presentation purposes.
